Your operation has outgrown the way you run it. Get back in control, then get ahead.

You built the business by knowing every stock move, purchase, and customer. Now the operation is too large to run from memory and follow-up. BizKit provides the ERP and configures it to a prescribed way of running the business, built on best practices proven across Philippine retail, distribution, and manufacturing. We prepare the operation, train and certify users, then stay involved after go-live to support adoption and track the agreed operating result.

Start with the bottleneck costing cash or owner attention. No generic software demo.

BizKit is your ERP implementation partner, not a software handoff.

Growth has outgrown manual visibility

More branches, customers, products, and transactions make it harder to see what is happening from one office or one report. Cash gets tied up in receivables and stock, routine decisions slow down, and the owner becomes the point every issue must pass through. Growth needs clearer operating information so the business can scale without adding chaos.

Find the cash your current reports do not show clearly

Your cash may be tied up in an invoice you earned but have not collected, payroll and overtime you cannot explain at a glance, or stock that has been paid for but has not moved. If these answers take a week to produce, decisions are arriving late.

Growth makes manual delays more expensive

One branch can be checked by walking the floor. Several branches, more products, and more customers cannot. Information travels through people, reports arrive late, and the owner spends the day checking what should already be visible.

Turn your operating rules into a process your team can follow

A process does not remove judgment from the owner. It makes routine rules clear enough for managers and teams to follow, check, and improve, so your attention can return to the decisions only you should make.

Start with the operating result that matters now

The first result may be reliable stock across branches, faster purchase planning, a visible receivables list, or a process your managers can follow without calling you for every routine decision. The right starting point depends on where the business is losing time, cash, or control now.

Software only works when the business is ready to use it

BizKit provides the ERP and implementation. The method includes the Fit Gap Analysis, guided data and workflow build-up, user training and certification before go-live, and post-go-live support to monitor adoption and the agreed operating result.

  1. Business AuditYour records and answers to our pre-work questions, read before kickoff.
  2. Fit Gap AnalysisEach rule marked fit or gap against proven practice, then signed off.
  3. System CalibrationSystem built to proven practice, then tested on your own data.
  4. Readiness CertificationEvery tech champion and at least 75% of end users pass a timed exam.
  5. Guided CadenceGo-live on a confirmed date, first live runs shadowed, then Drumbeat meetings.
  6. Adoption MonitoringOperations team health checks and support, with a checkpoint every two weeks.

You do not need another software handoff

A vendor can sell software, launch it, and hand you a login. BizKit provides and implements the ERP, works through the Fit Gap Analysis, prepares data and workflows, trains and certifies users, and stays involved after go-live to support adoption, monitor continuity, and review the agreed operating result. You still own internal decisions and appoint the process owners.

On BizKit's side, the project team shadows your first live runs. The Operations team then handles health checks and support, with a checkpoint every two weeks. In Drumbeat meetings, BizKit uses your data to recommend your next steps.

How BizKit helped GoSolar recover PHP 175,000+ in margin by replacing rush buying with an approval rule

PHP 175,000+

Margin recovered by buying larger orders at bulk rates instead of small rush orders

GoSolar, a home solar business, has recovered PHP 175,000+ in margin by buying in bulk. Its team used to buy on estimates and in small rush orders. On each rush order, GoSolar paid more per item than in bulk.

BizKit set up the ERP with GoSolar. Before go-live, BizKit agreed on buying rules with GoSolar's buying, warehouse and finance teams. The main rule is "no approval, no purchase." Every buy and stock release needs an approved request.

As buys went through the system, GoSolar's purchase records filled in. They showed where bulk orders had recovered margin, and where more was still to gain. Because GoSolar pays less in bulk, it keeps the difference as margin on what it sells.

When stock arrives on time, GoSolar can add crews and run more projects at once. Its new buying habits are not yet steady, and BizKit is working with its team on them.

Hesitations we understand

We have managed this long without a system. Why change now?

Excel, calls, and manual checks may have been enough at an earlier size. The issue now is whether the business can see the same stock, cash, and approvals across locations at the time decisions are made.

What if the team does not use it?

Adoption is part of implementation. Users are prepared and certified before go-live, and the Operations team monitors adoption after it.

Will this take control away from me?

The goal is visibility without constant physical presence. Your judgment stays with the business. Routine rules become clear enough for the right people to carry them out.

What if the investment is not justified?

Define the first operating result and its conditions before deciding on scope. BizKit should assess the business before recommending a project or cost.

Find the bottleneck worth fixing first.

Start with the issue that is consuming cash, time, or owner attention. The Complimentary Business Audit identifies the main bottleneck, estimates its cost, and gives you a practical first step before you commit to an ERP implementation.

Want a check on your own first? The quiz has 37 questions in three parts and takes about 15 to 20 minutes. You get a map of nine areas of the business, the next step in each, and three moves to start with.
